How do I prepare for a foam party?
Have a plan on where you’d like the bus to park, we prefer driveways, or any flat paved surface. We recommend a 20×20 space to ensure a bubbletastic time!
We also recommend asking your guests to wear white so that the color shows up bright and bold on their clothes. Some guests enjoy wearing goggles and we recommend wearing water friendly shoes if your event will be on hot pavement.

Where can the Bus set up?
We bring the bubbles to your home, public parks, businesses, community centers, churches, pools, schools, sports fields, you name it, we can be there! Ideally we will either park in front of your home and drop bubbles over your yard or drive way. We can even pull into your driveway and have the Bubble Bash in your yard.
**PLEASE HAVE ALL VEHICLES REMOVED FROM YOUR DRIVEWAY AND FROM THE FRONT OF YOUR HOUSE**

How Much Space Will The Bus Take Up?
The Bus requires a few extra feet to be able to maneuver in and out. Even though our bubbles are magical, our driver may not be able to fit into smaller spaces. Please contact ahead of time if you plan on having the Bus in a tight space or unusual space. Keep in mind if we fear the bus being stuck in the mud, our operator may suggest a different place to set up your event such as a driveway.
We suggest planning for a 20×20 space for the the kids to play in after the Bus is set up.

Should I Tip My Bubble Master?
While tipping is never required, it is always greatly appreciated! Tipping is an excellent way to let the Bubble Master know they have done a great job with your party or event. They are going to work hard to make sure you have the best party ever!!!

What Time Will The Bus Arrive?
Our goal is to arrive exactly at our scheduled time. You may see the Bus drive by earlier looking like it is lost. We typically arrive 10 minutes early and park a few streets away and start making colored bubbles so that we can create the magic exactly at your scheduled time.
The Bus will do it’s best to arrive exactly at your reserved time. Due to potential travel delays, the bus may be as much as 20 minutes late. In the event that the Bus is running late, the driver will call you on the phone number provided at booking.
**PLEASE HAVE YOUR PARTY ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY SO WE CAN START RIGHT ON TIME**
What Happens If It Rains?
We will keep the bubbles going during a light to moderate rain. If the weather turns severe we will credit you with the amount of time lost due weather.
What temperature is acceptable for a foam event?
Anything 55 degrees or higher is perfect weather for a bubble party!

What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel your party 7 days or more before your event, we will issue a full refund. If you need to cancel within the 7 days leading up to your event we will issue a 50% refund. No refunds will be given if canceled less than 24 hours leading to your party.
We can also reschedule your party and move it to another date with no penalty.

How Far Will The Bus Travel?
We are dedicated to servicing the Treasure Valley, from, Ontario to Mountain Home and Emmett to Kuna. If your party is outside of these boundaries please contact us to see if we are available to come to you! There may be a surcharge but we typically will still be able to book your party.

Does the color stain?
The Bubble color is made from a starch base. It will wash away/fade out. We suggest having participants wear white t-shirts to capture the whimsical magic and have a fun souvenir!
**Pro Tip** Wash the shirt in a non-stain fighter detergent by itself in cold water. This will help hold the color longer and resist fading!
Is there a lot of clean up?
Minimal clean up. The bubbles/foam evaporate quickly. We suggest keeping a hose near by to wash the color off any concrete that can build up.
